Ransomware Up Close : Exploring A Crisis From Inside

Dealing with People, Processes and Technology gets a lot harder when you have to do it under pressure. In this keynote, we will explore the inside perspective of a ransomware attack that happened in Switzerland. What happens exactly in a crisis, what does it take to manage it, how do the incident response and BC/DR plans hold up to the pressure, what worked well and what failed? Finally we will linger on the lessons learned, some of which will be familiar, and others maybe less so.
